Everything was brand-new and I got wake up calls for free. Such touches as central heating, multi-channel TV and a microwave oven were useful. Got private bathroom with a tub. Tracey was the best host ever.
I loved the apartment although some things didn't work.

The breakfast selection was absolutely incredible, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious items to choose from. the host was also very welcoming and provided extra treats, including homemade slices and fresh fruit. the beds were extremely comfortable and the linens were of high quality. the apartment was immaculate and had lots of special touches like fresh flowers and current magazines. the location had stunning 360-degree views and was conveniently close to attractions like Hobbiton. a fantastic stay with exceptional hospitality.
While our overall experience was wonderful, we did feel that the rooms could have been a bit bigger. We also found that the shower could have had more water pressure.

We arrived early for a wedding event, and despite this, Shane and Tracy were accommodating and respectful of our privacy. The hotel had a tranquil atmosphere and was well-equipped. The hosts were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The views were beautiful, the rooms were comfortable and tastefully decorated, and breakfast was great with a variety of cereals available. a fantastic experience that we would highly recommend.

The location was absolutely stunning, with jaw-dropping 360 degree views. The facilities were beyond amazing, with large rooms, super comfy beds, and a great shower. The gardens were beautifully manicured and added to the overall charm. The hosts, Shane and Tracey, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, with countless homely treats and extras. Feeding the sheep and young lambs was such a lovely experience. Plus, being so close to the Hobbiton farm was a major bonus, only a short 15-minute drive away. We can't thank Tracey and Shane enough for their outstanding hospitality. The breakfast was fantastic, the beds were absolutely lovely, and the bathroom was great. The location itself was pure peace and beauty, perfect for a rural getaway. Thank you, Tracey and Shane, for an unforgettable stay!

The bathroom is amazing, with a big shower and a lounge area. It's like having my own personal spa!
The only thing I didn't love was that the double room only has a microwave. But hey, some people might still find it handy!

A breathtaking view, lovely owners, spotlessly clean rooms, excellent service, fully stocked fridge, and delicious homemade cookies.
Absolutely nothing, because apparently this place is perfect in every way. I'm just nitpicking for the sake of sarcasm.

The bathroom was modern and had an awesome shower. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. The continental breakfast provided had a great variety and was delicious. We also enjoyed the added bonus of feeding the sheep on the farm.
The board games and other facilities looked fun, but we didn't have time to enjoy them.

The bathroom was amazing, with a shower and a lounge area. It felt like a mini spa retreat, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring.
That the double room didn't have a smart TV. But hey, it's just my personal preference.
